We are an IS / ISO 9001:2008 certified company established in 1975 and engaged in the field of construction of Bridges, Roads, Residential Commercial and Industrial buildings and infrastrucutral works. Ever since it's inception the company has been able to address the issue of quality in the works it has undertaken with consistency till date. This has been possible mainly due to the efficient and able Board of Directors and key Personals involved. The company is managed by the Managing Director Mr.Cherian Varkey, who has more than 4 decades of experience in the construction industry. He is assisted by other technically qualified Directors.

Our Divisions

CVC Readymix Concrete (Manufacturing Division)
Ready-mix concrete under the brand CVC Readymix, the most popular brand in the city offers high-tech solutions to the needs of the public works and construction industries in and around Kochi city. It allows these industries to build ever-longer bridges, ever-higher buildings, tunnels, dams, etc. The manufacturing division of Cherian Varkey Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. caters to this ever growing need of Ready Mix Concrete. We are also engaged in the manufacturing of Sheating Pipes for prestressing work for bridges.
CVC Homes (Housing Division)
The housing division of Cherian Varkey Construction Pvt. Ltd. is a highly ambitious venture which promises to grow into an extremely successful unit. Given the recent upward trend in the real estate sector particularly in the state and the country in general it is sure to reap good benefits. There is good response for the projects already launched. This division plans to undertake many more major projects.

A registered partnership firm, established in 1977 and has a reputation of completing a number of prestigious high rise residential, commercial and industrial building projects of large area for organisations like Greater Cochin Development Authority, Federal Bank Limited, Reserve Bank of India, Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited, HDFC Developmers Limited, Indian Airlines, TATA Ceramics Limited, The Oberoi Group of Hotels etc. Mr.Cherian Varkey is also the Managing Partner of the firm.
Deep Foundations
A registered partnership firm, established in 1988 and specialised in the construction of bored cast in situ piles. The firm has executed pile foundation works, the diameter of these piles varying from 400 mm to 1400 mm and depth upto 65 metres, for Southern Railway, Central P.W.D., Indian Oil Corporation, Cochin Port Trust, Konkan Railway and other organisations both on land and offshore locations. Mr.Cherian Varkey is the Managing Partner of the firm. Deep Foundations have completed more than 225 Kilometers of concrete piling works.

Now having crossed more than 3 decades of building up landmarks to the satisfaction of a sizeable clientele, Cherian Varkey Construction Company has already caught up with its noble mission.

Today, construction companies around the world are synonymous with a society’s quantum leap forward. In India and South East Asia it is conquering new heights of progress, addressing great challenges.
